To pay for your accommodation, you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Sberbank of Russia PJSC to enter your card details. Please prepare your card in advance. The connection to the payment gateway and the transfer of information is carried out in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol.

If your bank supports Visa or MasterCard Secure Code technology, you may also need to enter a special password to make a payment. You can check the methods and possibility of obtaining passwords for making online payments with the bank that issued the card. This site supports 256-bit encryption. Rules for order cancellation, refund

The CUSTOMER has the right to cancel the order at any time, in accordance with the requirements of the order cancellation period. To do this, you need to call the hotel and inform about the cancellation. If the CUSTOMER canceled the number in accordance with the rules for the occurrence of penalties, then the CONTRACTOR undertakes to make a refund.
If you pay for an order via a bank card via the Internet, use only a bank card belonging to the CUSTOMER. To avoid fraud, the CONTRACTOR checks the payment and contacts the CUSTOMER to resolve any issues that may arise. If the CUSTOMER is unavailable or the issue remains unresolved, the CONTRACTOR reserves the right to cancel this order and returns the funds to the bank card of its owner.
In case of refusal of the order (cancellation), immediately notify the CONTRACTOR about this by phone. +7 (8182) 462-472 (with further provision of written confirmation by email: hotel@karely.ru. Cancellation is considered accepted from the moment the CONTRACTOR receives written confirmation of cancellation. Cancellation of a reservation, with a refund to the CUSTOMER, is carried out no less than 1 day in advance before check-in) or failure to show up at the hotel entails the accrual of penalties to the CUSTOMER in favor of the CONTRACTOR in the amount of the cost of the first night of stay specified in the reservation.
To return funds, the CUSTOMER must fill out an Application for Refund (НУЖНО ДОБАВИТЬ ССЫЛКУ НА ДОКУМЕНТ) and send it along with a copy of the passport to the email address: hotel@karely.ru The refund will be made to the CUSTOMER's bank account specified in the application within 10 (Ten) business days from the date of receipt of the “Application for Refund” by the CONTRACTOR. Refunds cannot be made to another person.
When paying by credit card and returning funds to the card, no fees are charged.
Для возврата денежных средств, зачисленных на расчетный счет ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЯ ошибочно, посредством платежных систем, ЗАКАЗЧИК должен обратиться с письменным заявлением и приложением копии паспорта и чеков/квитанций, подтверждающих ошибочное зачисление. Данное заявление необходимо направить или предоставить лично по адресам: 163502, д. Малые Карелы, Приморский район, Архангельская область, либо в электронном виде на адрес электронной почты: hotel@karely.ru. После получения письменного заявления с приложением копии паспорта и чеков/квитанций, ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЬ производит возврат в срок до 10 (десяти) рабочих дней со дня получения 3аявления на расчетный счет Заказчика, указанный в заявлении. В этом случае, сумма возврата будет равняться стоимости Заказа. The period for consideration of the Application and return of funds to the CUSTOMER begins to be calculated from the moment the CONTRACTOR receives the Application and is calculated in working days without taking into account holidays/weekends. If the application is received by the Company after 17.00 on a working day or on a holiday/weekend, the moment the Company receives the Application is considered to be the next working day.
