  ·    Bathroom: shower, under-floor heating, hairdryer
• Check-in & check-out time

  Check-in: 15:00, check-out: 12:00 (noon).
  
  Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and at extra cost.
  - Early check-in (00:00 to 15:00) – 50% of the cost of one-day stay;
  - Late check-out (12:00 to 23:59) – 50% of the cost of one-day stay;
  - Late check-out after 00:00 – 100% of the cost of one-day stay.
• Is breakfast included?

  Breakfast is included.
  Breakfast hours: 08:00 – 11:00, hotel restaurant
• Lunch, dinner, restaurant open hours

  Full board is paid extra and can be ordered not later than 12:00 of the day of service provision.
  
  Lunch and dinner are served at the hotel restaurant:
  • lunch time: 13:00-14:00, RUB 800 per person
  • dinner time 18:00-19:00, RUB 800 per person
  
  Important!
  *The menu is available from the restaurant administrator on arrival day.
  *If you choose to cancel your ordered meals, no refund will be made.
  *If you have dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance, for we will not be able to replace your dish at the time of the meal.
  Cancellation is free if made before 22:00 of the day preceding the day of service provision.
• Baby crib

  Baby crib with mattress, pillow, blanket and bed linen is free for children under 3 years old. Let us know if you need it when booking.
• Are pets allowed to stay as guests?

  We welcome guests with pets. Please let us know the breed of your pet when booking.
  
  You will need to bring your pet’s
  - passport (specifying vaccinations);
  - cage and mat;
  - food bowls;
  - litter tray, hygiene bags or mats.
  
  Your pet must be on leash and muzzled.
• Where can I park my car? Is there a parking lot?

  The parking lot is free for our guests, restaurant visitors, rental service and steam sauna users. All other categories of visitors will be charged RUB
  500.
• Documents to present at check-in

  - Russian citizens are required to present their Russian passport
  - Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and migration card
  - minors: ID document; parent’s, guardian’s or accompanying person’s ID; consent for minor to travel with accompanying person
