The rules of the complex

• Documents to check-in

  Check-in at the hotel is possible if the guest presents the following documents:
  
  - Russian citizens are required to present their Russian passport
  - Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and migration card
  - minors: ID document; parent’s, guardian’s or accompanying person’s ID; consent for minor to travel with accompanying person

• Check-in & check-out time

  Check-in: 15:00, check-out: 12:00 (noon).
  Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and at extra cost.
  - Early check-in (00:00 to 15:00) – 50% of the cost of one-day stay;
  - Late check-out (12:00 to 23:59) – 50% of the cost of one-day stay;
  - Late check-out after 00:00 – 100% of the cost of one-day stay.
  
• How to book a room?

  You can book a room in several ways:
  1. Using the online booking system on our website www.karely.ru/booking
  2. By calling +7 8182 462-472;
  3. By sending us an email to: hotel@karely.ru

• Whan should I pay for accommoation?

  You should make a prepayment at least 3 days before check-in.
  When booking special offers and promotions, accommodation should be paid within 5 days from the date of booking.
  
  You can make a payment in the following ways:
  
  Using online payment on our website at the link https://karely.ru/about-complex/payments/
  In the Sberbank mobile application, select “Payments”, then enter the TIN (2921126924) in the search line - select Malye Karely Group of Companies. Enter your Last Name, indicate the category of room and date of stay in the payment purpose, then confirm the payment amount. The payment receipt must be sent to the email address: hotel@karely.ru In this sequence, you can pay for services through any ATM.
  At the accommodation service of the Malye Karely tourist complex.
  At the reception and accommodation service of the Dvina Hotel at the address: Arkhangelsk, Troitsky Prospekt, 52.
  
  
• When can I cancel my booking?

  You can cancel your booking for free at least 3 (three) days before your arrival date.
  Beyond this time period and in the event that the occupant fails to arrive on the scheduled date, Malye Karely shall apply a cancellation fee that is equivalent to the cost of one night's stay and therefore shall not refund the deposit.
  
  
• Accommodation with dogs

  Our hotel is dog-friendly.
  The cost of accommodation with dogs is 1,000 RUB per day
  When planning a vacation in our complex, we ask you to notify us in advance that your pet will be with you!

• Dog walking

  Use a muzzle, collar and leash when you walk your dog. Remember that your pet can stay in the complex only under your supervision!
• Refund - Credit Card or Cash

  Refunds are made only where the payment was made (at the checkout of the Dvina Hotel, if the payment was made from the administrator of the Dvina; at the checkout of the Malye Karely Tourist Complex, if the payment was made from the administrator of the tourist complex).
  
  You should provide us with following documents:
  1. Payer's passport;
  2. The card with which the payment was made (if paying by card);
  3. Receipt or invoice.
  
  You should fill out the return application, you can get it in the Hotel
