The rules of the complex

Check-in at the hotel is possible if the guest presents the following documents:

- Russian citizens are required to present their Russian passport
- Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and migration card
- minors: ID document; parent’s, guardian’s or accompanying person’s ID; consent for minor to travel with accompanying person

Check-in: 15:00, check-out: 12:00 (noon).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and at extra cost.
- Early check-in (00:00 to 15:00) – 50% of the cost of one-day stay;
- Late check-out (12:00 to 23:59) – 50% of the cost of one-day stay;
- Late check-out after 00:00 – 100% of the cost of one-day stay.

You should make a prepayment at least 3 days before check-in.
When booking special offers and promotions, accommodation should be paid within 5 days from the date of booking.

You can make a payment in the following ways:

Using online payment on our website at the link https://karely.ru/about-complex/payments/
In the Sberbank mobile application, select “Payments”, then enter the TIN (2921126924) in the search line - select Malye Karely Group of Companies. Enter your Last Name, indicate the category of room and date of stay in the payment purpose, then confirm the payment amount. The payment receipt must be sent to the email address: hotel@karely.ru In this sequence, you can pay for services through any ATM.
At the accommodation service of the Malye Karely tourist complex.
At the reception and accommodation service of the Dvina Hotel at the address: Arkhangelsk, Troitsky Prospekt, 52.

You can cancel your booking for free at least 3 (three) days before your arrival date.
Beyond this time period and in the event that the occupant fails to arrive on the scheduled date, Malye Karely shall apply a cancellation fee that is equivalent to the cost of one night's stay and therefore shall not refund the deposit.
